BCT Design Group is seeking a full-time Interior Designer/Project Manager to join its collaborative and creative Interiors Studio. This role is ideal for experienced designers with strong project management skills who are passionate about creating inspiring, user-focused spaces. Key Responsibilities
Lead interior architectural design projects from concept to completion across multiple market sectors. Collaborate with clients to transform their vision into innovative, functional designs. Oversee project proposals and contract documentation. Manage furniture, fixtures, and equipment (FFE) selections. Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure projects meet design, budget, and scheduling goals. Experience
8+ years in a professional architecture or interior design firm. Certified Interior Designer (CID) or NCIDQ preferred. Programs
Revit proficiency preferred (work samples required). Familiarity with Sketchup/Enscape, Bluebeam, and Adobe Creative Suite a plus. Location
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
