Arlington, VA Candidate sought to provide on-site and partner-site engineering and test management support of the DARPA program. The successful candidate will lead a team of engineers and test personnel in the development and execution of RF technologies. The candidate will be responsible for strategy and roadmap development, overseeing all phases of testing from lab to field environments, and integrating new capabilities. This role requires experience in program management functions, including coordination, scheduling, and stakeholder engagement for experimentation, operational testing, and transition. : 10+ years of experience in RF systems development BS and MS with 10+ years of relevant engineering field (e.g. Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Systems Engineering) Demonstrated experience leading lab, chamber, and field-testing efforts Proven ability to lead and manage a team of engineers and test personnel Experience in strategy and roadmap development for advanced technology programs Experience reading and assessing intelligence data to inform program direction Excellent presentation and communication skills, both written and oral Experience developing system architectures and guiding advanced research Experience working at the Top Secret, SCI, and SAP levels Experience working directly with DARPA, other S&T organizations, and operational entities Strong organization skills with the ability to multi-task and respond to quick turn-around requests Flexible and readily adaptable to change Responsibilities
: Lead a team of engineers and testers in the development, integration, and testing of RF EW systems Develop and manage the technical strategy and roadmap for the program Oversee and conduct lab, chamber, and field testing to validate system performance Perform technical evaluations and provide guidance on reports, briefings, and other performer communications Analyze intelligence data to guide technique development and testing priorities Prepare and present program status, test results, and technical briefings to leadership and stakeholders Manage program scheduling, including internal meetings, performer meetings, and test events Support source selection and proposal evaluation activities Coordinate stakeholder engagement across the various DoD agencies and services Coordinate interagency engagements, including DoD, Service Labs, and FFRDCs Prepare program testing documentation and monitor reporting requirements Travel is required to support performer and stakeholder engagements Clearance
