Roers Companies is seeking an energetic, dedicated Leasing Consultant to join our team in Salt Lake City, UT. Compensation: $17.60 - 22.74 hour DOE + new lease and renewal lease commissions. A one-time sign-on bonus of $1,000 is payable after 90 days of continuous employment. If you resign or are terminated for cause within 12 months, you agree to repay the full amount of the sign-on bonus within 30 days of your last day. The sign-on bonus is taxable and all applicable taxes and withholdings will be deducted by law. About the Property: Solis at Jackson Station is a 363-unit affordable housing community in Salt Lake City. It marks Roers Cos.’ first venture in Utah and represents a major development project with expected resident occupancy starting Fall 2023. About You: You are passionate about your work and driven to achieve goals, collaborate with the team, and uphold our values of passion, work ethic, teamwork, integrity, and ownership mindset. Responsibilities

Actively solicit business to achieve occupancy and rental goals the property. Ensure prospective residents are reached through advertising and respond to phone inquiries, internal leads, and property tours. Lead property tours for prospective residents, showcasing all amenities. Lead rent collection efforts, including delinquent residents; may involve lease termination and legal action if necessary. Assist in managing the property’s budget to increase net operating income. Maintain accuracy of resident ledgers and files. Inspect units during move-in and move-out, walk units, and the community as needed. Coordinate community events. Work Tuesday – Friday 9am–6pm and Saturday 10am–4pm. Other duties as assigned. Requirements

High School Diploma or GED 1+ years leasing and/or sales experience Experience with affordable housing procedures Yardi experience preferred Bilingual English/Spanish Ability to work 5 days a week, including Saturdays Strong interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills Computer skills: Microsoft Word & Excel; internet, email, and social media as they pertain to marketing the property Excellent communication skills and ability to interact with a wide range of people Experience with marketing and leasing initiatives for new development preferred Must be organized, detail-oriented, and have good time management Ability to work a flexible schedule based on staffing and property needs Entrepreneurial mindset with client- and team-focused approach High integrity; trustworthy, direct, and confident Ability to perform physical functions of the position, including walking the property (up to 4 flights of stairs), conducting inspections, showing apartments, and driving to local area businesses for outreach Maintain neat, well-groomed, professional appearance Compensation & Benefits

Compensation is determined by factors including experience and role.
