ABOUT INVESTORFY InvestorFy is a commercial lending and capital placement platform built for real investors and developers. We focus on creative commercial financing, bridge and hard money, construction and development capital, cash-out refinances, and institutional capital placement. THE ROLE This is a founding role for one experienced commercial loan originator. You will originate and structure deals, source opportunities, work complex transactions, coordinate underwriting and closings, and help shape the platform. COMPENSATION Commission-only. No salary. No draw. Deal Source-Based Splits: Self-sourced deals: 50% Originator / 50% InvestorFy Platform-generated deals: 40% Originator / 60% InvestorFy Institutional or founder-originated deals: 30% Originator / 70% InvestorFy WHO THIS IS FOR Licensed CA DRE and/or NMLS.
