Schedule moving times and attend all closing-related meetings Oversee all administrative tasks regarding home buyer and seller transactions from executed purchase agreement to close Look over all paperwork to confirm they have the correct signatures and dates, assuring that the closing process has been done accurately and efficiently Enter client information into the client database system and submit appropriate documentation to the office broker for file compliance and keep track of transaction activity Support sales agents, clients, and other parties with escrow-related paperwork, such as appraisals, titles, and mortgage loans Channel your positive and upbeat energy into all aspects of your work Embrace a fast-paced learning environment as an integral aspect of personal and professional growth Communicate with a high level of professionalism with clients, lenders, title agents, and fellow agents Maintain an updated real estate license through ongoing training and staying informed on relevant industry information Serve as the accountability guru for agents, ensuring nothing falls through the cracks Navigate closing systems adeptly, ensuring quality control throughout the process Conduct preliminary audits for each file, meticulously attending to details Craft timelines, calendar reminders, and scheduled calls for all involved parties Master the art of time-blocking, leveraging it as your secret weapon for efficiency Demonstrate punctuality and a polished appearance, recognizing the importance of presenting oneself professionally each day Coordinate home inspections, negotiate repair prices, and oversee the resolution of outstanding items Input client information, track transaction activities, and maintain compliant files to the satisfaction of the office broker Qualifications

Must have excellent organizational skills and communication skills High school diploma required; Associate’s degree preferred Passionately committed to providing excellent customer service Real estate license preferred Previous experience in transaction management, transaction coordination, real estate, titles, or mortgages highly valued Self-starter mindset; ability to begin tasks independently Strong prioritization skills to juggle daily tasks Exceptional organizational capabilities with a diligent, checklist-focused approach Punctual and professional in outlook Top-notch work ethic with a track record of meeting deadlines Natural affinity for working with systems Strong accountability and customer service orientation High energy and enthusiasm for serving customers Multitasking is second nature with the ability to manage multiple files Effective written and verbal communication A high school diploma is mandatory; some college experience is advantageous Holding a real estate license would be beneficial Compensation:
