Overview
Grove & Davis Insurance Agency, an established independent insurance agency, is seeking a full-time Commercial Lines Account Manager to join our team. This role will be responsible for servicing both our Group Benefits and Property & Casualty clients. Responsibilities
Manage existing client accounts, including additions, terminations, administration, and billing. Assist the Account Executive with preparing new and renewal business submissions, proposals, and generating compliance documents. Handle endorsement processing, policy management, certificate review and issuance, billing, and administration. Required Skills & Qualifications
Strong written and verbal communication skills. Insurance experience - Life & Health or Property & Casualty Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and other standard office software. Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team. Licensed in either Life/Health or Property/Casualty - with option to obtain these licenses during employment.
