Responsibilities
Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for Capital Markets, Asset Management, and Fixed Income initiatives.
Translate business needs into clear functional and technical specifications.
Collaborate with development, QA, and architecture teams to ensure accurate and timely solution delivery.
Support system design discussions, data mapping, workflow analysis, and integration planning.
Perform gap analysis, impact assessments, and recommend process improvements.
Lead and coordinate UAT activities including test planning, test case creation, and defect triage.
Work closely with trading, portfolio management, risk, operations, and compliance teams.
Ensure solutions comply with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
Provide production support analysis and assist in troubleshooting system issues.
Requirements
Strong understanding of Capital Markets and Asset Management products: equities, fixed income, derivatives, FX, structured products, and investment vehicles.
Experience with trade lifecycle, settlements, clearing, portfolio management workflows, and risk processes.
Ability to create BRDs, FRDs, user stories, process flows, and other documentation.
Hands‑on experience with SQL, data analysis, and system integrations.
Familiarity with trading platforms, OMS/EMS, market data systems, portfolio management systems, or risk engines.
Experience with the Perform platform.
