The Home Depot Pro Customer Service/Sales Team is dedicated to delivering an exceptional experience for professional customers, including contractors, property owners, and commercial clients. The team supports every stage of the Pro customer journey, from efficient order fulfillment and safe loading to expert product recommendations and tailored delivery solutions. Pro Customer Service/Sales Team members build and maintain professional relationships with Pro customers, proactively drive sales by leveraging product knowledge, loyalty programs, and tailored recommendations, while providing outstanding service based on unique project needs. The role includes meeting monthly sales goals and other metrics to drive sales in the store. Depending on location, bilingual communications skills may be preferred. Responsibilities

Assist at the Pro Desk, loading materials, managing deliveries, or offering specialized paint and product knowledge to Pro customers. Build and maintain professional relationships with Pro customers and proactively drive sales through product knowledge, loyalty programs, and tailored recommendations. Meet monthly sales goals and other metrics to drive sales in the store. Collaborate with team to maintain a clean, organized, and safe environment, resolve delivery issues, and communicate Home Depot’s advantages over competitors. Monitor inventory and support store goals by executing sales initiatives and upholding high standards of customer service and safety. Bilingual communications skills may be preferred at certain locations; specific language varies based on customer need. Qualifications

Experience in customer service or sales roles preferred; ability to provide expert product knowledge and tailored recommendations to professional customers. Strong communication and relationship-building skills; ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Ability to meet monthly sales goals and performance metrics.
