The role requires delivering exceptional customer service to clients and achieving sales targets through proactive strategies and relationship building. Qualifications
Extensive experience in Brokerage and Real Estate with strong market knowledge. Proven Sales skills with the ability to manage and close complex transactions in commercial real estate. Strong expertise in Real Property management with an understanding of property valuation and market analysis. Exceptional Customer Service skills with a focus on building and maintaining long-term client relationships. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Valid Real Estate Broker license in the state of Texas. Bachelor\'s degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred. Experience in the Houston real estate market is highly desirable.
