Responsibilities The Property Manager manages the day-to-day operations including the team members, daily activities, and resources of the property. Your goal is to achieve established budgeted financial and operational goals to ensure the operation of the property complies with Company policies and procedures, Fair Housing, Americans with Disabilities Act, Fair Credit Reporting Act, and other laws and regulations governing multi-family housing operations.

Qualifications

2 + years of experience in property management

Ability to respond to after-hours emergencies

Proven 2 + years with Microsoft Office

Valid driver's license

Personal Smart Phone technology required

Preferred Qualifications

3 + years of experience in property management

Onsite experience a plus

Proven 3 + years with Microsoft Office

Proven 2+ years of sales/marketing experience

Proven 2+ years of experience in housing tax credit

Compensation Compensation*

$17 - $20

Final agreed-upon compensation is based upon individual qualifications and experience.
