Torch is seeking a Property Administrator to interface with internal departments and subcontractors regarding the use, maintenance, repair, and accountability of government-furnished property. Develop and implement systems and procedures to ensure effective control and monitoring of assets. May review statements, records, and reports prepared by lower-level personnel. Coordinates activities associated with the disposition of government property in accordance with applicable regulations and contractual requirements.

Responsibilities

Responsible for the control and administration of government property assigned to the company. Conduct physical inventories and maintain accurate government property records. Coordinate the preparation and submission of required government property reports. Track, monitor, and report on the status, condition, and usage of government property.

Required Qualifications

US Citizenship. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. Minimum of 2 years of experience in government property administration. Relevant experience may be substituted for a degree. Experience supporting DoW or other government programs. Must have an Active secret clearance.

Skills & Competencies

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Attention to detail. Ability to work independently and collaboratively with program teams. Clear written and verbal communication skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.

Work Environment

Customer site. Collaboration with Program Managers and cross-functional technical teams. Occasional travel may be required to support program needs.

Schedule: M-F; 8-5 Work Location: Customer site Travel: Yes, 0-10% Relocation Assistance Available: No #LI-TS1
