Research and analyze market conditions and gather information and qualitative feedback from product management, sales, and global marketing stakeholders to create messaging and positioning around our product marketing strategy. Work with Product Management team to understand the product strategy and features, and support product launches and optimize product conversion funnel via operation levers. Implement marketing strategy to acquire new businesses to the platform and maintain ongoing engagement on the platform. Help evolve buyer definition and key positioning by gathering information on competitors, prices, sales, and methods of marketing and distribution. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and liaison between product, marketing, and sales to help management drive go-to-market strategy. Produce external-facing content including pitch decks, webinars, datasheets, e-books, or demo videos across all funnel stages. Develop effective training materials to assist internal stakeholders to understand our solution offerings and key positioning. Mentor and grow individual Product Managers. Qualifications
Must have a Master\'s degree or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science, Engineering (any), Business Administration, Management, Analytics (any), Marketing, Economics, or a related field, and 3 years of related work experience; OR a Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science, Engineering (any), Business Administration, Management, Analytics (any), Marketing, Economics, or a related field, and 5 years of post-bachelor\'s, progressive related work experience. Of the required experience, must have 3 years of experience in each of the following: launching new products, services and/or programs (including ensuring product-market fit, discovery-oriented market research, value proposition development, go-to-market strategy design, and growth identification); product marketing (identifying target audience, analyzing customer persona, providing value proposition and assets); managing multiple marketing projects cross-functionally; designing A/B tests and calculating business value metrics; analyzing data related to user behavior, model performance, and revenue impact; and designing user adoption funnel to detect journey frictions. The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $235373 - $275652 annually. Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units. Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location.
