Audyence is seeking an experienced Product Marketing leader to own the packaging, positioning, and market adoption of our technology platform. This role is both strategic and client-facing, sitting at the center of Product, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success. You will be responsible for how our technology is understood, sold, adopted, and evolved; from feature launches to customer evangelism. This is a high-visibility role with a direct impact on revenue growth, product adoption, and customer retention. Responsibilities

Product Marketing & Positioning

Own the packaging and positioning of the Audyence technology stack, including all features and capabilities Develop clear, differentiated product narratives aligned to Audyence’s ICP and buyer personas Act as the internal voice of the product, ensuring consistency across all messaging

Sales Enablement & Go-To-Market

Own Sales Enablement for feature releases, including one-pagers, FAQs, feature explainers and use-case mapping Partner closely with Sales to ensure sales enablement assets are accurate, clear, and usable. Measure usage and impact. Support pre-sales efforts as needed (scope to be defined as the role evolves)

Product-Led Content & Thought Leadership

Build and be featured in all product-specific marketing content, including product collateral, feature announcements, case studies and demos

Customer Evangelism & Post-Sales Enablement

Act as a client-facing product evangelist, supporting adoption of new and existing features Lead customer product feedback sessions to inform roadmap and messaging Facilitate strategy and planning sessions with customers, tying product capabilities to business outcomes Partner with Customer Success to drive long-term value and retention

Qualifications

5–7+ years of experience in Product Marketing or Marketing Management Experience on the brand-side (in-house), ideally within SaaS or B2B technology Proven experience working cross-functionally with Product, Sales, and Customer Success Client-facing experience, including presenting, facilitating sessions, or leading discussions Comfortable translating technical features into clear, compelling business value Experience supporting go-to-market launches, sales enablement, and customer adoption Compensation And Benefits
