Overview Compensation: $24.00 - $26.00 per hour

Cambridge Real Estate Services is currently seeking a knowledgeable Assistant Property Manager to become a part of the organization. This is a full-time position (40 hours per week, Tuesday - Saturday). The organization offers growth opportunities and employee offerings such as education reimbursement and a 401(k) plan with a full 100% match up to a 10% contribution.

Responsibilities

Oversee the daily activities including leasing, collections, resident relations, maintenance, general office administration, and policy & procedure compliance.

Working from the site management office is a requirement (onsite living is not required).

Qualifications

Full understanding of property management and the financial aspects

Yardi experience preferred

Customer focus and bottom-line orientation

Must possess a positive attitude and the ability to be positive under all circumstances

Willing to participate in training

Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends

Present a neat, clean, professional appearance at all times while on the job
