Strong customer service and communication skills, including the ability to effectively listen and address client needs. Sales, client relationship management, and consultative selling skills. Analytical skills to evaluate client needs and match them with suitable insurance products. Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage documentation and compliance. Knowledge of insurance products, policies, and industry standards. Proficient in using digital tools and systems for client management and communication. Previous experience in insurance or sales roles is preferred. Personal & Commercial Line Experience is preferred.
