The location offers open space to hike, canoe, camp, and explore in a city with a vibrant history. Apopka is home to Wekiwa Springs State Park and the Orange Trail and is recognized for its beauty and culture.

Leasing Specialist , you are the first person a prospect or resident meets when they come home. This role is more than a job; it is a career where you help residents feel that it is more than just an apartment—it is their home. You enjoy interacting with all types of people and have a passion for creating unique experiences.

Leasing Specialist
is responsible for creating positive experiences for potential residents, following up on leads, and closing lease agreements. The role requires goal orientation, personal accountability, and a drive to learn, lead, and grow.

Your Day to Day
Provide exceptional and consistent customer service to residents and prospects.
Lease apartment homes by creating relationships and showcasing the benefits of living at a The Collier Companies community.
Always be closing – over the phone, through email, and in person. You are the subject expert on the product, the property, and the local neighborhood.
Generate leads by conducting effective follow up on the phone and through email.
Create and implement promotional programs, including online advertising, direct marketing, social media outreach, and resident events.
Contribute to occupancy goals by renewing current resident leases.
Maintain accurate resident files.
Weekends required, as needed.
Your Skills
Strong sales with a desire to exceed leasing requirements.
Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal.
A customer-focused mentality.
Proficiency with various software, apps, and computer programs.
Career mindset with a polished, professional appearance.
Ability to multi-task and shift priorities quickly in a fast-paced leasing office.
1-2 years leasing and/or customer service experience in retail, hospitality, housing, or multi-family environments.
College education preferred.
