GBS Sales Pricing Analyst - Decatur, IL
is a full-time exempt-level position. The Pricing Administrator will be responsible for calculating and maintaining sales contract pricing and controls for North America Corn Sweetener & Starch. The role involves working directly with sales teams, customers, and other support teams to ensure high quality service levels. Responsibilities
Calculate sales contract pricing based on parameters and inputs set by commercial managers Calculate and reconcile toll contract proforma pricing and settlement calculations Calculate customer rebates Enter toll sales contracts in contracting system Communicate contract pricing, settlements and rebates to customer service, sales managers, and customers Summarize and communicate settlements and rebates to accounting Summarize and communicate key contract pricing metrics for commercial managers Coordinate processing of settlements and rebates due to/from customers Analyze and resolve pricing issues with customers, in collaboration with credit and sales teams Other related duties or special projects as assigned Qualifications and Skills
Bachelor’s degree in business, analytical, or agriculture related field required 3-5 years of business experience, minimum Ability to collaborate in a team-oriented environment High level of attention to detail and commitment to accuracy Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Strong organizational skills, and ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks Professional and positive communication with internal and external personnel while enforcing process and controls Clear and concise written and verbal communication Proficient in Microsoft Office programs Knowledge of ADM NA applicable systems used for sales contracts and invoicing is preferred Job Requirements
3-5 years of business experience, minimum (stated above) Compensation and Perks
Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Hourly and salaried non-exempt employees will also be paid overtime pay when working qualifying overtime hours. If hired, employees will be in an “at-will position” and the Company reserves the right to modify base pay (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors. The pay range for this position is expected to be between: $48,100.00 - $73,100.00 Benefits and Perks
