Overview
We are hiring Administrative Care Team Representatives to support high-volume inbound and outbound customer interactions. This position is critical to delivering a positive customer experience and maintaining smooth day-to-day operations. You will be responsible for answering phones, handling customer inquiries, performing general office duties, and supporting data and order entry. This role requires someone who is personable, reliable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities
Handle high-volume inbound phone calls; assist returning customers with program questions, payments, service estimates, and general account needs. Answer billing questions and process credit/debit payments. Complete order entry, data entry, and scheduling tasks with accuracy and attention to detail. Send emails, manage invoicing, and maintain up-to-date customer records. Make outbound follow-up calls as needed. Support daily office operations and perform routine administrative tasks. Call Volume Expectations: Busy season up to 200 calls per day across the team; individual daily average 30-40 calls per representative; peak season mid-March through mid-May. Skills & Qualifications
Must Haves : Customer service experience; Computer skills (Microsoft Office, Data Entry, Systems Navigation); HS Diploma. Nice Haves : Inbound phone experience; experience within the lawn care industry. Soft Skills : Critical thinking; Active listening. Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Barrington, IL. Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be subject to specific elections, plan, or program terms.
