This position supports investment, sales, and client service teams through portfolio analysis, performance reporting, and data-driven insights. The associate will work closely with experienced analytics professionals and contribute to initiatives focused on reporting accuracy, attribution analysis, and data quality. What You’ll Do
Analyze client and prospective portfolios and compare results against proposed investment strategies Prepare asset allocation, income, and portfolio characteristic analysis to support sales and client teams Use tools such as
FactSet, Bloomberg, and Morningstar
to classify holdings and validate performance data Support performance reporting, attribution analysis, and responses to RFP/RFI and client inquiries Assist with GIPS-related reviews and contribute to cross-team analytics and data initiatives What We’re Looking For
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Mathematics, or a related field 1–3 years of experience
in investment performance, portfolio analytics, client reporting, or a related investment role Strong Excel skills and comfort working with financial and investment data Experience with investment analytics platforms (FactSet, Bloomberg, Morningstar, eVestment, Eagle, or similar) Familiarity with performance attribution concepts; GIPS exposure is a plus Detail-oriented, collaborative, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment This role is well-suited for an early-career professional looking to build a strong foundation in investment analytics and performance within an asset management platform.
