The Property Administrator will be instrumental in ensuring seamless office operations, fostering strong tenant relationships, and driving service excellence across the property. Responsibilities
Serve as the on-site ambassador, creating a welcoming and professional experience for tenants and visitors
Oversee daily customer service operations, responding promptly to inquiries, requests, and issues
Support the Property Management Office to ensure smooth day-to-day operations, including tenant onboarding
Promote and enhance building amenities and initiatives to elevate the tenant experience
Manage invoicing, rent statements, and billing inquiries with accuracy and attention to budget alignment
Assist with monthly and annual financial processes, including accruals and budgeting support
Keep tenant-facing systems and communications up to date and accessible
Collaborate closely with the property management team on projects and operational priorities
Qualifications
1–3 years of experience in customer service, hospitality, or commercial real estate environments
Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail
Proficient in Microsoft Office or similar software
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Thrives in a fast-paced, service-oriented environment
