Sierra Air Conditioning & Plumbing is seeking a

Parts Specialist

to support our HVAC and plumbing technicians. This key role ensures that all parts, equipment, and materials are ordered, tracked, and delivered efficiently so customers are taken care of in a timely manner. You’ll play a vital role in keeping daily operations running smoothly and supporting our field teams.

Responsibilities

Order parts and materials for technician and plumber service calls

Track orders, follow up on ETAs, and update teams on arrivals or delays

Verify warranty eligibility and process claims to ensure proper credits

Create return POs for unused or incorrect materials

Maintain inventory levels for routine stock items such as filters and cage materials

Receive, load, and unload incoming and outgoing freight using forklifts or pallet jacks

Pull equipment and materials for same-day or next-day jobs

Record outgoing retrofit jobs into inventory systems (Telegram)

Assist with shop organization, cleaning, and general warehouse tasks
