Overview The Office Technician (Typing) serves as the Court Clerk in the Workers Compensation Division under the general direction of the Office Services Supervisor II. The OT performs a wide range of the most difficult clerical duties, evaluates a variety of incoming legal documents and correspondence using the Electronic Adjudication Management System (EAMS), and provides assistance to the Disability Evaluation Unit (DEU), the workers' compensation judges, and court personnel.

Responsibilities

Serve as the Court Clerk in the Workers Compensation Division and perform the most difficult clerical duties.

Provide assistance to the Disability Evaluation Unit (DEU), the workers\' compensation judges, and court personnel.

Qualifications

The ability to type at a minimum speed as designated on the Class Specifications. A valid typing certificate confirming the ability to meet the minimum typing speed is required prior to being hired. Working Conditions This position is located at: 1065 N Link, Suite 170, Anaheim, CA 92806-2131.

The OT(T) works in a smoke-free DWC Office under LED lighting with controlled temperature, quiet to moderate noise levels; equipped with cubicles, computer, and other office equipment. Ability to retrieve and transport legacy box files in a safe manner.

Effective 7/1/25: Telework available one (1) day per week.
