Responsibilities
Partner with account representatives to strategize and execute pursuits of new enterprise accounts
Lead technical discovery sessions to understand customer needs and requirements
Design and present tailored solution architectures that align with customer goals
Conduct live demonstrations and technical workshops to showcase product value
Serve as a trusted technical advisor, addressing security and integration questions throughout the sales cycle
Qualifications
5+ years of experience as a Sales Engineer, Solutions Consultant, or Pre-Sales Engineer in an enterprise B2B technology environment
Proven success in acquiring new customers within large or strategic enterprise accounts
Strong understanding of unified communications or related enterprise platforms
Deep technical knowledge in networking, voice, video, APIs, and integrations
Excellent communication and presentation skills, able to simplify complex concepts for diverse audiences
Preferred Qualifications
Familiarity with enterprise security and compliance standards (e.g., SOC 2, HIPAA, FedRAMP)
Experience with collaboration and contact center technologies
Technical certifications (e.g., CCNP, AWS, Azure, or equivalent vendor certifications)
Master’s degree in Engineering or Business
