Facilities Specialist - Kaloko Facility. Hawaii Community Federal Credit Union (HCFCU) is looking for a building maintenance qualified candidate to fill our open Facilities Specialist position in Kona. Responsibilities
Support the department in providing maintenance for all Credit Union locations. Coordinate the assignment of work orders and may perform the actual work to complete repairs, replacements, and ongoing maintenance of Credit Union facilities. Maintenance includes buildings, sidewalks, parking areas, landscaped areas, plumbing, appliances, electricity, gas, water, septic and/or sewer systems. Manage and maintain inventory of various supplies used in the Credit Union. Work with a diverse group of external contacts as well as internal contacts at all levels of the Credit Union. Qualifications & Salary
Salary range: $36,000 - $53,500. Valid driver’s license required. Application & Contact
