Job Title: Sales Manager, Data Center Thermal Management Location: Silicon Valley or Fremont or /San Francisco Bay Area, CA (Remote/Hybrid options may be considered) Yinlun TDI is a global leader in advanced thermal management solutions, specializing in innovative cooling technologies for the automotive, industrial, and rapidly growing data center sectors. We are dedicated to providing high-efficiency, reliable products that meet the critical cooling demands of modern infrastructure. As we expand our footprint in North America, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager to drive our business in the data center market. Position Overview: We are looking for a results-driven Sales Manager to spearhead our business development and sales efforts for data center thermal management products in the North American market. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a strong technical understanding of cooling solutions, a proven track record in B2B sales within the IT infrastructure space, and the ability to build lasting relationships with key industry players. This role is pivotal in establishing Yinlun TDI as a preferred partner for leading AI and hyperscale data center CSP(Cloud Service provider), OEM, Integrator, colocation providers, operators etc. Key Responsibilities: Market Strategy & Analysis: Conduct in-depth research on North American data center market trends, policies, regulations, and competitor activities. Develop and execute targeted sales strategies to capture market share. Business Development & Sales Execution: Proactively identify, target, and develop relationships with key AI enterprises and data center operators in North America. Drive the full sales cycle for our product portfolio, including liquid cold plates, plate heat exchangers, AALC (Air Assisted Liquid Cooling), CDUs (Cooling Distribution Units), air-cooled coils, and related thermal management components—from initial contact through negotiation, contracting, and closure. Key Account Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with core clients. Deepen account penetration by identifying expansion, upgrade, and new solution opportunities to enhance client loyalty and drive recurring revenue. Technical Collaboration & Solution Selling: Work closely with internal technical support and engineering teams to provide comprehensive thermal management consulting, solution design, and post-sales support. Act as a knowledgeable resource to address client technical inquiries regarding liquid cooling, air cooling, and other cooling architectures. Marketing & Brand Development: Support and participate in regional marketing initiatives such as industry trade shows, technical seminars, and conferences to elevate brand awareness and influence for Yinlun TDI in the North American market. Reporting & Communication: Prepare and submit timely sales reports, market analysis summaries, and forecasts. Clearly communicate regional sales progress, pipeline status, and potential risks to management. Qualifications & Experience: Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Thermal/ Fluid Sciences, Electrical Engineering, Electronics, International Business, Marketing, or a related field. Consideration will be given to candidates with exceptional relevant industry experience and established channel partnerships in lieu of a specific degree. Work Experience: Minimum of 3 years of overseas sales experience in data center thermal management products or related IT infrastructure (e.g., servers, UPS, cooling systems), with specific familiarity with the North American market dynamics. Proven track record of successfully developing new business and managing key accounts. Technical Acumen: Solid understanding of data center thermal management principles and technologies (e.g., differences between liquid cooling vs. air cooling solutions). Ability to quickly grasp client needs and facilitate technical discussions. Sales & Interpersonal Skills: Strong hunter mentality with resilience and a proven ability to autonomously develop new markets. Exceptional cross-cultural communication and relationship-building skills. Mobility: Willingness and ability to travel domestically and internationally as needed for client visits, industry events, and internal meetings. Preferred Attributes: Existing network and connections within North American AI/ML companies, hyperscale data centers, and OEMs. Experience working for or selling to major cloud service providers (CSPs) , OEM, Integrator or colocation providers. Based in or willing to relocate to the Silicon Valley/San Francisco Bay Area.
