Part-Time Telephone Recruiter / Account Executive

Permanent part-time position with daytime hours (no weekends).
Local candidates train in our Mahwah, NJ office and can eventually work from home.
Starting wage of $25-$33/hour depending on experience (higher pay rate reserved for candidates with specific experience recruiting financial advisors).
Performance bonuses, ongoing training and paid time off.

Able to think on your feet – we don’t use scripts! Ability to work independently and manage client relationships. MS Office proficiency. CRM experience is a plus.
