Account Manager – Global Account Management The Account Manager plays a key role within our Global Account Management team, owning strategic relationships with enterprise clients and driving outcomes aligned with both customer and company objectives. This role requires a proactive, relationship-focused professional who can effectively align cross-functional teams, cultivate growth opportunities, and ensure TreviPay continues to deliver exceptional value to our clients.
Responsibilities
Relationship Management: Manage relationships with key stakeholders and champion overall customer strategy.
Maintain deep understanding of each client’s competitive landscape and target markets.
Monitor and communicate relevant news, trends, and insights.
Actively listen, address conflict, and ensure team alignment with customer requirements.
Serve as an escalation point for issues and drive timely, accurate resolutions.
Lead recurring business reviews to maintain the TreviPay–client relationship, discuss product/service evolution, drive continuous improvement, explore enhancements, rollouts, and expansion, review contractual performance, understand client growth initiatives, and define and measure strategic action plans.
Sales & Growth
Achieve/exceed annual revenue and profitability goals, maintain accurate forecasting.
Lead day-to-day management and optimization of growth plans.
Drive proposal development, contract negotiation, business case preparation, and implementation of white-space opportunities.
Contract Management
Act as the steward of client contracts, including renewals and renegotiations.
Drafting/managing amendments and monitoring contract compliance.
General Responsibilities
Understand and accurately communicate TreviPay solutions and processes.
Apply account management best practices (goal-setting, account planning, task management).
Demonstrate TreviPay’s core values: Tenacity, Ingenuity, Empathy.
Develop presentations as needed (training, conferences, internal updates).
Represent TreviPay professionally in all interactions.
