This part-time opportunity is located at our Hallmark Corporate owned Gold Crown store #522 in Jefferson Valley Mall in Yorktown Heights, NY. Part-Time Sales Leaders help create a caring team atmosphere for customers. The difference begins with YOU! Responsibilities

Deliver an exceptional consumer shopping experience that leaves guests inspired, ready to connect, and eager to return. Model and coach service and selling skills while helping customers find the perfect card and gift solutions. Lead store associates when the Store Manager is not available, providing feedback along the way. Communicate daily priorities, goals, and business information while maintaining a fun and supportive team environment. Execute store operations – product replenishment and merchandising, ringing sales, processing shipments, managing inventory, point-of-sale audits, and seamless retail tasks. Basic Qualifications

At least 18 years of age. One or more years of experience in retail, sales, or customer service; OR at least 6 months experience in a Hallmark Corporate Store. Ability to work a flexible schedule including events, holidays, evenings, and weekends. Availability to open and close the store 3+ times per week and 2+ weekend shifts per month. Ability to continuously stand/walk; frequently push/pull; occasionally bend/stoop/crawl/reach above shoulders/kneel; climb a ladder; carry up to 40 pounds (e.g., fixture parts and cartons). Preferred Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent. Two or more years of experience in specialty retail, sales, or customer service. Strong customer-focused engagement and consultative selling skills. Ability to communicate effectively with customers and employees. Proficiency and comfort using a computer and other technology. Benefits and Perks

The hourly pay range for this position is between $17.50 and $18.00. Application Process
