Serve as the primary consultant for multiple clients, providing expert-level guidance on EHR data structures and reporting capabilities. Lead requirements-gathering sessions and translate complex workflows into actionable technical specifications. Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and long-term partnership. Anticipate client needs and proactively recommend solutions and improvements. Design, build, and optimize EHR data extracts with a focus on Epic and Cerner platforms. Develop sophisticated SQL queries and data models to support various use cases. Lead validation efforts to ensure accuracy and completeness of extracted data. Collaborate cross-functionally with stakeholders and provide training to empower clients. Requirements
5 years experience in an informatics-related role within a healthcare institution. Deep understanding of healthcare workflows, particularly in radiology. Experience with Epic or Cerner EHR systems is highly preferred. Advanced SQL skills with solid understanding of data architecture and modeling. Ability to manage multiple client engagements simultaneously. Excellent communication skills for engagement with technical and non-technical audiences. Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy. Bachelor\'s degree in a relevant field such as Health Informatics or Data Analytics. Benefits
