Client Advisory and Relationship Management

Act as the primary advisor for a portfolio of accounts within the Financial Lines vertical, providing consultative support on D&O, EPLI, Cyber, E&O, Fiduciary, and Crime coverages Initiate policy reviews, risk assessments, and coverage gap analyses to identify opportunities for enhanced protection Manage multiple client accounts of varying complexity with precision and attention to detail Strategic Support and Team Oversight

Demonstrate mentorship for junior team members, supporting training and client engagement initiatives Coordinate with internal departments and carriers to process endorsements, issue certificates, and ensure timely delivery of documentation Lead renewal strategy discussions, placement planning, and complex negotiations with carriers Market and Risk Strategy

Collaborate with internal teams to market and customize optimal insurance solutions tailored to each client’s unique circumstances Lead preparation and presentation of underwriting submissions, risk assessments, and client-facing materials Maintain strong carrier relationships and stay ahead of market shifts impacting client portfolios Qualifications and Experience

3+ years of experience in financial lines within an insurance brokerage Expert knowledge of products including Directors and Officers (D&O), Employment Practices Liability (EPL), Fiduciary Liability, Crime, Errors and Omissions (E&O), and Cyber liabilities Strong understanding of risk management principles and insurance market terminology Proficiency in Applied Epic (preferred) Active New Jersey Property & Casualty Insurance License (required) What We Offer
