Regional Sales Manager
to drive our expansion in the Commercial Fleet, OTR, and Industrial Solid tire markets. We are looking for a "whale hunter" who can secure high-volume container-load programs and specialized tire solutions for large-scale operations across North America. The Role
This is a high-autonomy, road-based position designed for territory builders. You will be responsible for moving high-volume container-load programs and specialized commercial, OTR, and industrial solid tires. Primary Focus:
Securing partnerships with major trucking fleets, construction/vocational operators, and industrial distributors. Product Portfolio:
Representing our full line of TBR, OTR, and Industrial Solid tires. The Strategy:
A dual-track approach—driving immediate revenue through fill-in distribution while negotiating long-term, factory-direct container programs. Travel:
This role requires 75%+ overnight travel to your assigned territory. Requirements
Experience (MANDATORY):
Minimum 2+ years of commercial tire sales experience; applicants without direct commercial tire experience will not be considered. Specialization:
Proven track record in TBR or OTR; experience with
industrial solid tires
(forklift/material handling) is a significant advantage. Education:
A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred. Skills:
Exceptional negotiation and relationship-building skills; proficiency in CRM and Microsoft Word. Licensing:
Must have a valid U.S. Driver's License and a clean driving record. Physical:
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform on-site fleet inspections. Benefits & Compensation

$125,000 – $300,000+ . Our lucrative, tiered commission structure is uncapped. Full Road Support:
