
Overview
As a Sales Advisor, you'll be responsible for providing excellent customer service, welcoming and guiding customers through the store to actively sell our products and provide guidance. Use fashion and product knowledge to share relevant information for the best customer experience. You will also work on garment refill and care, presentation, and contribute to a clean and tidy sales floor and back of house, collaborating with your store team to deliver an excellent customer experience. A typical day includes the following responsibilities: Provide excellent customer service by welcoming and guiding customers through the store, supporting them with direct customer service Engage with customers to provide an exceptional service experience Guide customers through fashion trends, stories and products in all areas of the store Promote and sell products effectively Actively promote the Customer Loyalty App (Hello Member) and in-store sustainability initiatives Represent the H&M brand positively during all customer interactions Support with commercial or operational actions to reach sales targets with the store management team General Information
Fashion & Trend Awareness: Keep up-to-date with fashion scene, trends, styles, brands, products, competitors, and relevant influencers; use knowledge to share information with customers Team & Development
Share service, fashion and store operations knowledge with colleagues Follow procedures, routines, and legal requirements in all areas of the store Give and receive feedback to learn, develop and support each other Participate in onboarding, introductions, trainings and courses relevant to your role and development Retail Operations / Visual & Commercial Execution
Complete full garment cycle from unpacking and refill to steaming and garment care Operate fitting rooms and checkout areas according to best practice and processes Maintain a clean and tidy sales floor and back of house (including stockrooms) Support with garment presentation and maintain attractive merchandise displays, clear trends and stories according to visual and commercial guidelines Ensure good stock levels with replenishment on the sales floor Follow best practices for in-store OMNI Services and in-store tech services/tools (Instore Care App, Click & Collect, Smart Store, etc.) Support opening and closing of the store Follow all health and safety guidelines and legal requirements applicable to the role Qualifications
