Job Description We’re looking for an amazing sales professional to join our team as a Personal Cruise Consultant. This is a fully remote/work from home position. You’ll be responsible for outbound sales to guests who have expressed interest in Seabourn cruises; building relationships to develop referrals and repeat business; managing your database by contacting guests at the right time with the right message; using listening skills and asking qualified discovery questions to close the sale. Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to guests who have expressed interest in Seabourn cruises. Build relationships with guests to develop referrals and repeat business. Manage your database by contacting guests at the right time with the right message. Use active listening and qualified discovery questions to close sales. Meet performance metrics and objectives; place 40+ outbound calls per day on average.

Qualifications

Strong sales skills, time management, and the ability to multi-task. Strong written and verbal communication. Proficiency with computer systems; prior experience with Excel and Outlook preferred. Relationship-based sales approach.

Remote full-time opportunity. Travel perks: discounted cruises and travel for you and your family. Working hours: 8-hour shift Monday–Friday between 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM PST; weekends as needed. Occasional weekend overtime during peak periods, not required. Paid time off: holidays, vacation, sick time. Professional development; 401(k) and Employee Stock Purchase Plan with up to 15% discount on CCL stock. Note: 12-month commitment post-training before applying for other positions within the company.

Compensation

Minimum base wage: $15.00/hour (or higher per location). Guaranteed Monthly Minimum Incentive: Training Incentive $1,500 (pro-rated from date of hire); Post-training $2,000 for first six months on outbound calls. During training, estimated earnings around $3,200/month including incentives. Post-training (6 months): around $4,400/month including incentives. First-year selling: typical performers $50k/year; top performers $80k/year; experienced performers $65k/year typical; top performers $100k+.

Your PCC Journey

Submit application and pass initial assessment; complete scheduled video interview. New hires receive up to 8 weeks of paid training on product, systems, and selling best practices. After training, earn potential grows as you build your book of business. The training class begins on March 30th, 2026. Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM PST. Working hours during employment: 8-hour shift Monday–Friday 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM PST, with 30-minute or 1-hour lunch and two 15-minute breaks; weekends as needed. Commitment: first 90 days of employment with no time off during training and onboarding.

Remote Work Eligibility

This position is 100% fully remote, US only.

Equipment and Internet

Seabourn provides work equipment and a monthly $50.00 adjustment to help cover residential internet costs. To support business needs, internet must meet requirements: High-speed, non-satellite, non-dial-up internet; cable or fiber preferred. Minimum download/upload speeds: 50 Mbps / 12 Mbps. No data cap. Wired computer connection to modem (not currently compatible with Wi-Fi for the phone system).
