Responsibilities

Establish and maintain alignment with key stakeholders and senior sales leaders

Coordinate go-to-market enablement initiatives and ensure readiness across audiences

Manage the enablement calendar, including live sessions and on-demand content

Develop and communicate clear messaging for program announcements and leader engagement

Implement success metrics to measure program effectiveness and gather feedback

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

6–8 years of experience in sales enablement or related fields

Proven experience collaborating with senior sales leaders and cross-functional teams

Strong project management and coordination skills

Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with enablement platforms and collaboration tools (e.g., Highspot, SharePoint, Smartsheet, Microsoft tools)

Familiarity with implementing and tracking enablement success metrics
