Sales Manager – Finland & Baltics Legrand Data Center Solutions About the role

As Sales Manager for Finland and the Baltic markets, you will be responsible for driving growth across Legrand’s Data Center Solutions portfolio. Reporting to the Nordic Sales Director, you will own the commercial strategy and execution in your territory, working closely with key customers, partners, and internal stakeholders. This role is highly customer-facing and combines strategic account development, new business creation, and hands-on sales execution in a fast-growing data center market. Key customer segments

Sales & Business Development

Drive high levels of customer activity and engagement across the territory Build, manage, and maintain a robust and accurate sales pipeline Develop new business through proactive prospecting and relationship building Expand and grow existing accounts through strategic account management Develop and implement tactical business plans aligned with Nordic and global strategy Customer & Partner Management

Build long-term, trusted relationships with decision-makers and influencers Maintain regular customer contact to ensure satisfaction, retention, and growth Act as a key interface between customers, partners, and Legrand internal teams Promote Legrand’s image, reputation, and brand by nurturing strategic partnerships and alliances Solutions & Proposals

Prepare, deliver, and follow up on customer proposals Prepare and deliver professional presentations to end customers and partners Position Legrand’s data center solutions as value-adding, reliable, and future-ready Market & Portfolio Development

Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitive activity Identify opportunities and provide structured feedback to influence product development Suggest new products, services, or go-to-market approaches relevant to local market needs Sales Administration & Reporting

Maintain accurate, up-to-date customer data and opportunity management in Salesforce Ensure structured sales forecasting and reporting Follow Legrand’s sales processes, governance, and compliance standards Your profile

Experience & Skills

Proven B2B sales experience within data centers, critical infrastructure, IT, or related technical environments Strong track record in solution selling and complex sales cycles Experience working with hyperscalers, colocation providers, enterprise, or public-sector customers is highly valued Strong ability to build and maintain senior-level customer relationships Comfortable working independently while collaborating in a Nordic and international organization Personal attributes

Entrepreneurial mindset with strong ownership of results Structured, proactive, and disciplined in pipeline and CRM management Strong communication and presentation skills Commercially driven with a customer-first approach Languages

Fluent in Finnish and English Additional Baltic languages are an advantage What we offer
