Join our dynamic team as the Vice President of Customer Loyalty and Retention! In this essential role, you will spearhead the enhancement of our post-purchase journey, focusing on the creation and execution of impactful retention strategies. Your expertise in Customer Relationship Management (CRM), subscription models, and customer loyalty will be fundamental to our success. You will also track crucial performance metrics such as Lifetime Value (LTV), reduce churn, and refine subscription services while leading a dedicated team.
The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience – a minimum of 10 years in lifecycle management, CRM, retention, or subscription strategy, including at least 3 years in a leadership capacity. A hands-on approach is vital, along with strong skills in data analytics, consumer behavior, and testing. As the VP of Customer Loyalty and Retention, your ability to collaborate effectively will be crucial as you interact with cross-functional teams in Growth, Customer Experience, Product, and Brand to ensure a smooth and enjoyable customer experience post-purchase.
