Remote Call Center Representative This is a remote position where you will play a key role in assisting customers by answering incoming calls and converting inquiries into leads and towing jobs. Key Responsibilities: Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls with professionalism. Assess client needs and provide effective solutions. Convert incoming calls into valuable leads, which may result in towing job opportunities. Working Conditions: Remote position with flexible work options.
