Job Description
As a Seasonal Entry Level Tax Preparer, you will be responsible for providing guidance, explaining, preparing, and completing accurate tax-related forms for clients, including multiyear, multistate, year-end tax forms. Responsibilities
Conduct face-to-face tax interviews with clients. Prepare complete and accurate tax returns. Generate business growth Complete all related tax forms in accordance with policies, and in compliance with legislation and regulations. Furnishes taxpayers with sufficient information and advice to ensure correct tax form completion. Answer questions and provide future tax planning to clients. Resolve client complaints or refer situations to the supervisor (as appropriate) for resolution. Support office priorities through teamwork and collaboration. Basic Qualifications
Ability to effectively communicate in person and in writing Experience working in a fast-paced environment Successful completion of the H&R Block Tax Knowledge Assessment or Income Tax Course Training provided High School Diploma or equivalent Company Description
