Overview
Position Title:
Roving Leasing Agents
The Roving Leasing Agent plays a critical role in enhancing resident relations and driving leasing success across multiple properties. This position requires a proactive individual who can effectively engage with potential residents and close deals. Daily responsibilities include scheduling tours, following up with applicants, and addressing inquiries to facilitate the leasing process. The agent will navigate between three buildings, presenting a unique challenge that requires adaptability and strong organizational skills. Salary Range:
$25.00 - $27.00 / Hour DOE
Responsibilities
Manage resident relations effectively
Sell and close deals with applicants
Schedule property tours as needed
Follow up with applicants to address questions and finalize leasing agreements
Qualifications
Proven ability to close sales and demonstrate sales acumen
Possess a valid driver's license and have access to a vehicle
Minimum of one year of experience in residential multi-family property management
Proficiency in Yardi is helpful
Bilingual strongly preferred
