Overview
Charlotte’s Best Nanny Agency is assisting a family in Myers Park in finding a Full-Time Nanny for their infant daughter. The nanny would typically be needed Monday through Friday from 7:00 am to 3:00 pm.
Responsibilities
Meeting daily scheduling needs of the child (Feeding, Changing, Napping)
Engaging with the child on an age-appropriate level
Playing with the child both inside and outside the home
Doing hands-on learning activities with the child
Providing a nurturing environment
Household Duties
Child’s laundry and washing/changing the child’s linens weekly
Children’s bottle, meal prep, and cleaning up after meals
Unloading/loading dishwasher and sanitizing bottles and other baby-related items
Light vacuuming in the baby’s areas
Sanitizing toys and frequently used surfaces by the children
Emptying diaper trash
Pets The family has two very friendly golden retrievers who love the baby. The nanny should always be vigilant when the dogs are around the baby, and never leave them alone with the baby. A dog walker will come by each day to take them for a walk.
Qualifications
Have at least 3 years of professional nanny experience
Have a college degree or equivalent experience
Have a professional resume

Have a valid driver’s license
Have safe and reliable transportation
Have a minimum of three professional references
Be non-smoking/vaping
CPR and First Aid Certified

Must be up to date on childhood vaccinations (especially the MMR vaccine), the annual Flu Vaccine, and TDAP prior to starting the position
Start Date, Salary, and Benefits
This position starts ideally on April 1st, 2026
Legal pay is offered at $28 an hour, and is negotiable depending on experience and expertise
Continued pay while the family is away
