The Customer Success and Inside Sales Specialist partners with Velrose’s specialty retail and boutique customers through relationship-driven outreach, proactive follow-up, and order support. The focus is on nurturing long-term relationships, strengthening engagement, and providing a high-touch customer experience. This is a consultative, service-oriented role. Responsibilities

Manage and support a portfolio of specialty retail and boutique accounts Conduct outbound and inbound calls to maintain relationships and follow up on opportunities Develop a strong understanding of customer preferences, buying history, and product needs Proactively recommend relevant products, new arrivals, and catalog updates Increase the number of customer touchpoints to support conversion and retention Facilitate orders and coordinate internally to ensure smooth processing Maintain accurate customer notes, activity tracking, and follow-up records Qualifications and Requirements

Required Experience and Skills 2 or more years

of experience in

customer success ,

inside sales , or

phone-based sales Experience supporting

retail , DTC, apparel, or consumer goods brands Comfortable making and receiving frequent phone calls Strong relationship building and communication skills Ability to adapt conversations to a wide range of customer types Clear spoken and written English Preferred Experience Experience within lingerie, intimate apparel, or fashion wholesale Experience supporting boutique or specialty retail customers Familiarity with CRM systems and order management tools Benefits
