Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless customer experiences. Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for senior management. Requirements

Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar sales leadership role. Strong knowledge of sales principles and customer service practices. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to lead and develop a high-performing sales team. Familiarity with the Motorcycle industry is a plus. Proficiency with CRM software and MS Office. Benefits
