This is where you build trust to achieve results. As an Account Executive, Respiratory Health at Baxter, you will be responsible for selling Respiratory Health products to clients including hospitals, physician offices, clinics, home care and long-term care facilities. You will work collaboratively with internal partners to develop and implement comprehensive strategic territory sales plans for all Baxter Respiratory Health products (Non-Invasive Ventilation, High Frequency Chest Wall Oscillation and Oscillating Lung Expansion), programs, and services. This position manages both clinical and financial aspects of the account to provide customer happiness. You are the primary connection to the healthcare professionals who rely on our products, serving as the face and voice of our solutions. You will help drive cross-functional collaboration and share insights to validate priorities and inform changes.
What you'll be doing
Meet, if not exceed, sales quotas. Manage a territory consisting of 100–125 verified targets. Prospect for new business 15–20% of the time. Develop and implement a territory business plan and sales strategy. Communicate Baxter’s competitive differentiation to improve sales and win competitive accounts. Complete company reports, plans, and projects according to company standards and deadlines. Understand and comply with company and regulatory/compliance policies and procedures. B.S./B.A. or 2+ years of proven experience as a top-level sales performer in medical devices, pharma, DME, medical equipment, or as a healthcare leader in a clinical environment. Clinical experience in a Respiratory environment (RRT) preferred. Significant experience in negotiating and closing new business and/or budgeting. Demonstrated strategic selling skills (strategy development and execution). Ability to work independently and in a team environment. Outstanding written, verbal, and interpersonal communication and presentation skills. Valid driver’s license required. Compensation and benefits
The estimated pay range for this position is $80,000 - $85,000 annually. Compensation may vary based on location, skills, experience, and market data. This position is eligible for a Sales Incentive Plan (SIP). Individual pay is based on location, skills and expertise, experience, and other factors. This role is eligible for benefits as described by Baxter, including health and retirement programs.
