About Clinical Sales Manager Deutschland This position is to bring clinical support of Dexter install base and driving utilization of Dexter procedures.
Duties and Responsibilities
Implementation & Preparation: Assess customer needs and plan system implementation in collaboration with hospital stakeholders
Coordinate system handover and commissioning (BioMed, OR, CSSD)
Train hospital staff on the Dexter System & Accessories
Communicate clinical benefits and support workflow integration
Intraoperative Support: Support surgeons and OR staff in real-time during robotic Dexter cases
Troubleshoot and ensure smooth usage of Dexter in the OR
Postoperative Support & Growth: Conduct follow-ups, gather feedback and ensure customer satisfaction
Analyze usage trends and forecast procedure volumes
Drive utilization of Dexter procedures within the hospital
Build and maintain strong relationships with surgeons and key opinion leader (KOLs)
Promote new products and Dexter upgrades
Commercial Support & Market Presence: Promote cross-specialty adoption (Gen, Gyn and Uro)
Represent the company at congresses, workshops and clinical events
Introduce new products and Dexter system upgrades to existing customers
Support local sales directors
Requirements and Abilities Professional Qualifications:
Completed professional training in health care (nurse or anesthetist or similar roles)
At least 3 years of OR experience (hospital, clinic) or comparable training as a Clinical Sales or Clinical Specialist
Preferably with good knowledge in general surgery, gynecology and urology
Experience with robotic or laparoscopic systems is highly desirable
Personal Competencies:
Confident presence in the OR and with clinical decision makers.
Solution-oriented mindset and proactive hands-on mentality in complex clinical environments
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Strong self-organization skills, flexibility and high willingness to travel
Fluency in German & English is a must have, any additional language is a plus
Proficient in Microsoft 365
