Description: As a vital member of our team, the Customer Service Representative plays a crucial role in creating an inviting atmosphere for our guests. Under the guidance of the General Manager, you will be responsible for welcoming customers, seating them efficiently, and supporting our wait staff as needed. You will also handle the order entry system, ensuring accurate transactions and a positive customer experience. Essential Functions: Warmly greet every customer with a smile, both over the phone and in person. Efficiently seat customers at clean tables, ensuring a pleasant dining environment. Assist wait staff with cleaning tables and managing the dining area. Stay attentive to the needs of customers during their visit. Accurately enter orders into the system and communicate totals; handle monetary transactions with care while inviting customers to return. Requirements: Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for prolonged periods (66%-100% of the time) while greeting customers and working behind the register. Regular walking throughout the restaurant (66%-100% of the time). Frequent bending and reaching for menu items and cleaning supplies (33%-66% of the time). Occasional lifting and moving of tables for larger parties (1%-33% of the time). Capability to lift objects weighing up to 25 pounds occasionally and handle lighter items frequently. Vision Requirements: Constant ability to see details, such as tables and transaction tickets (66%-100% of the time). Ability to see beyond arm's length in order to assist customers and staff effectively (66%-100% of the time).
