Client Account Executive
to join our team!

This is a full-time, exempt, remote position. We are pleased to consider candidates residing in any U.S. state, with the exception of California. The starting base salary range is $60,000 – $80,000, supplemented by a generous commission structure and a full benefits package.

As a Client Account Executive, you will focus on
Revenue Growth:
Drive expansion within Sharetec’s existing credit union customer base while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
Product Expansion:
Develop and execute sales strategies to expand product adoption across your assigned accounts.
Stakeholder Relations:
Build and maintain strong, multi-level relationships with credit union stakeholders, from operational leads to the C-suite.
Internal Collaboration:
Partner with marketing, product, and support teams to ensure overall customer success and alignment.
Sales Optimization:
Leverage sales tools and data insights to optimize sales processes and continuously improve performance.
Trusted Advocacy:
Act as a trusted advisor, helping credit union customers maximize the value of Sharetec’s SaaS-based core software and digital banking solutions.
Partner Development:
Work closely with third-party partners to develop new opportunities and enhance our customer offerings.
Renewals & Negotiations:
Own, drive, and lead the entire renewal process and contract negotiations for your set of accounts.
You should have
Sales & Growth Experience:
3+ years in account management or consultative sales, preferably within the SaaS, Fintech, or Financial Services space.
Credit Union or Banking Expertise:
A strong understanding of credit union operations, core systems, or digital banking software is highly desirable.
Communication Mastery:
Exceptional presentation and negotiation skills, with the ability to articulate complex software value to diverse audiences.
Analytical Mindset:
The ability to look at data, identify revenue gaps, and create actionable plans to fill them.
Adaptability:
A growth mindset and the willingness to pivot as Sharetec expands into new markets and launches new products
