Position Overview
The National Account Executive – C&I is responsible for identifying, developing, and closing retrofit and EV infrastructure projects across commercial and industrial facilities. This role requires a strong hunter mentality, technical curiosity, and the ability to communicate value to operations leaders, facility managers, and executive teams.
This is a full-time, in-office position based in Fullerton, California, with occasional travel for client meetings, site visits, and industry events.
Responsibilities Business Development
Prospect and acquire new commercial and industrial clients, including warehouses, manufacturing plants, distribution centers, retail stores and corporate facilities.
Build and manage a strong pipeline of lighting retrofit, EV charging, and energy‑efficiency opportunities.
Conduct outreach, schedule meetings, and deliver compelling presentations to decision-makers.
Consultative Sales
Lead discovery sessions to understand operational challenges, energy usage, and facility needs.
Present proposals, ROI analyses, and incentive‑driven financial models tailored to C&I environments.
Educate clients on utility rebates, tax incentives, and compliance requirements relevant to their facilities.
Account Management
Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, ensuring long-term satisfaction and repeat business.
Collaborate with engineering and project management teams to ensure accurate scoping and seamless project execution.
Maintain accurate CRM records, pipeline updates, and revenue forecasts.
Market Engagement
Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to expand LogicLamp’s presence in the C&I sector.
Provide market insights to leadership to support strategic planning and product development.
Qualifications Required
3–5 years of B2B sales experience, ideally within commercial/industrial services, energy solutions, construction, building technologies, or related fields.
Proven track record of managing a full sales cycle and closing deals.
Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage both technical and executive stakeholders.
Highly organized, self‑motivated, and comfortable in a fast‑paced environment.
Ability to work in-office in Fullerton, California.
Preferred
Experience selling lighting retrofits, EV charging solutions, or energy‑efficiency upgrades.
Familiarity with C&I facility operations, energy codes, and rebate programs.
Existing relationships within commercial and industrial networks.
CRM experience (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.).

Base salary: $65,000–$75,000
Commission on the estimated profit of each authenticated sale (uncapped)
