Qualifications
Possession of a valid Real Estate License and proven knowledge of Real Estate and Real Property concepts
Sales skills with a track record of success in meeting or exceeding targets
Strong Customer Service abilities with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently
Familiarity with the Columbus and surrounding Ohio real estate markets
Proficiency with real estate software and platforms is a plus
