About the Opportunity Position: Outside Sales Representative. You will be responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, as well as nurturing networking relationships. You will play a crucial role in promoting our services, understanding client needs, and offering tailored solutions to meet those needs.

Responsibilities

Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities

Build and maintain strong relationships with your network through regular communication and follow-ups

Achieve and exceed sales targets on a consistent basis

Work with company personnel to ensure the highest level of service for our customers

Qualifications / Skills

Proven experience in sales, preferably in a service-oriented industry

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to present and close sales opportunities in a residential setting

Resourceful, independent thinker and driven to succeed

Work and prosper in a team environment

Technology & Skills

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite products including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook

Competent with Microsoft Teams

Familiarity with HubSpot or similar tools for maintaining customer records

Minimum Qualifications

2+ years of sales experience, industry experience preferred

Must maintain clean driving record, driver license, and insurance

Reliable and presentable transportation

Proven track record in building and leveraging professional networks to generate leads, preferably within the moving and storage industry or related sectors

Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to establish and maintain strong relationships

Ability to identify and pursue networking opportunities that align with company goals

Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable in social settings

Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously

The starting pay rate is $42,000 annual salary plus $500 auto allowance per month plus commissions and bonus opportunities. This position comes with uncapped commission; top performers in this role bring home over $100,000 annually. Dependent on the length of service, hours worked, and applicable agreements, benefits include medical, dental, vision, life, and optional disability insurance, sick pay of 2.66 hours for every 80 hours worked, paid holidays (7 days annually), three personal days (prorated based on start date), bereavement pay and retirement benefits. The Outside Sales position is considered safety sensitive and will be subject to the company's random drug test program.
