Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for an Inside Sales Representative located in Mechanicville, NY, with flexibility to work from home for part of the time. The role involves managing inbound sales inquiries, fostering customer relationships, identifying potential leads, and converting them into sales opportunities. Additional responsibilities include providing exceptional customer service and satisfaction, maintaining existing accounts, and ensuring customer needs are met in a professional and timely manner.
Qualifications
Strong focus on Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction
Effective communication and problem-solving abilities
Goal-oriented and self-motivated with the ability to work in a hybrid environment
Familiarity with the home improvement or construction industry is a plus
Proficiency with CRM software and basic computer skills
Compensation
30k base salary, 3% commission structure
65k Salary, no commission structure
This is negotiable after 90 days and or proven success in the role.
